Lena Byrne

We would like to recognize the accomplishments of one of our long-standing students, Lena Byrne. Lena graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 2003 where she was the commander of her squadron. She received several academic honors at graduation. Lena spent her summer after graduation with us at Runnymede. She is now at her new assignment. We are very proud of her and her accomplishments.

Anna Studenny

Currently residing in Lexington, KY, Anna has chosen to utilize her degree in Finance from the University of Tulsa in the Thoroughbred Industry. Anna is the Stallion Accountant for Darley at Jonabell Farm in the heart of the Bluegrass. Darley Stud Management, LLC is one of the most successful Thoroughbred breeding and racing operations in the world. With farms in Great Britain, Ireland, and Australia, Jonabell farm serves as the home for the U.S.-based operations. Anna is and active member with the Kentucky Hunter Jumper Association riding RABI, owned by Jeanne Cox-Owens in the Training Jumper Divisions. Anna has ridden with Runnymede Stables since 1998 and credits her strong foundation in horsemanship to her tutelage under Lee Troup Johnson.
